SHIPPING
Klara Schuster ships all orders via the Austrian Post Service. Shipping costs are calculated automatically & depending on the weight of the ordered products from my webshop system. I am not able to identify how long any order will take to arrive once it reaches customs in your specific country.
These are just approximate shipping dates:
national: certified mail (Austrian Post)
duration: 1-2 days
international: certified mail (Austrian Post Service)
Duration within Europe: 5-10 days
Duration to USA: 10-15 days
duration to everywhere else: 10-15 days
I offer free delivery:
Austria from 50,00€ order value
Germany and rest of Europe from 100,00€ order value
If you are in need of your items sooner, please contact me for a quote on expedited shipping.
Every package is registered and insured.
Registered mail requires your signature. If you don't sign for or pick it up in time, it will be returned to us and a new shipping fee will have to be charged.
The delivery of ordered goods follows within a period of 5-10 working days after receiving payment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Export to non-EU countries may result in custom duties on buyer's account.
Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and I'm not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency.

// It is rare that an order gets lost but if your package does not arrive within 4 weeks (Europe) and 6 weeks (USA, Overseas) of shipping date, please contact me.
I appreciate your patience while waiting for the package, sometimes takes a long time if it is held in customs (6 or more weeks) - you should always contact your local post office.
// Regarding the case of a damage in transport the customer is informed that according to the terms of business by the Austrian Post Service a report in writing including photos showing the specific damage and packaging within 1 day after the receipt of the shipment is required for claiming compensation. In case of compensation to Klara Schuster by the Austrian Post Service a replacement delivery by me will be dispatched.
Make sure your address is correct. I am not responsible for lost orders shipped to incorrect address.
If your package is returned due to incorrect address I'll contact you and can ship it again upon postage payment.
If your package returned to me as unclaimed I'll contact you for further information on delivery or canceling an order.
You have the right to return items in unused and original condition within 14 days. Please send me an email before dispatching!
The items must be returned in the same condition you received it in, without use or damage, along with the packaging slip & in its original packaging.
All customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs of their purchases & exchanges; these charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation conditions:
If you cancel up to 7 days before the workshop you will receive a refund, if you cancel 6 - 4 days before the start of the workshop you will receive a 50% refund, if you cancel 3 days before the start the fee will remain with Klara Schuster. Also in case of no-show.

Of course, you can name a replacement person who will attend the workshop instead of you, then you will of course not have to pay the cancellation fee.
If you interrupt or end an ongoing workshop early, the fee cannot be refunded.
